1. General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the koya9 platform and all its services. koya9 is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and koya9. By performing any activity on the platform, you are expressly accepting these Terms.
koya9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.
2. Account Registration
To use services on koya9, you must open a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. koya9 reserves the right to immediately close the account if false information is provided.

- Members of the same household who wish to open separate accounts from the same device or IP address must obtain prior permission from the authority.
- The name provided when opening the account must match the name on the identity document.

2.2 Account Verification
koya9 may request documents for identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.
3. Age Verification and Identity
The koya9 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information about age at registration is a serious violation and will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of all funds.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is followed for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents for verification in a timely manner may result in temporary or permanent closure of the account.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your koya9 account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
- Do not share your account details with anyone.
- Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
koya9 will not be responsible for any loss caused by third-party access to your account, unless the incident was caused by our own error.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited to koya9 through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka).
- Only deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- koya9 reserves the right to decline any deposit without additional verification.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- koya9 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile banking providers.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
koya9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and compliance with them is mandatory.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:
- The first deposit to receive the bonus must be at least ৳300.
- The bonus and deposit together must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- Using bonus funds to bet on multiple accounts at the same time is prohibited.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Any misuse or attempted manipulation of bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
- koya9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- A bonus offer may not be used more than once by the same member, household, address, device or IP address.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules
koya9 offers sports betting, live casino, slot games and a variety of other gaming options. Specific rules apply to each game or betting market.
7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
- koya9 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted due to technical errors.
- Bets placed in live betting after an event has started cannot be changed before they are confirmed.
- koya9 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at clearly incorrect or unusual odds.
7.2 Game Results
All game and betting results are determined based on data from the provider's system. In the event of a dispute over results, koya9's decision will be considered final, following a proper investigation.
7.3 Game Providers
The koya9 platform features games from various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. Each provider's own game rules apply.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on koya9. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Any form of fraud, deception or manipulation.
- Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or manipulative betting patterns.
- Using software, bots or automated tools to play games.
- Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
- Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in any game or system for gain.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Fraudulent collusion against other members.
- Threats, harassment or inappropriate behaviour.
9. Account Closure and Suspension
koya9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of the Terms.
- Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
- Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
- An order from a court or regulatory authority.
9.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time. Any remaining funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests can be made through the support team.
10. Responsible Gaming
koya9 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gambling addiction is a serious problem and we are committed to ensuring the wellbeing of our members.
- Members may set deposit limits on their own account.
- The self-exclusion feature can be used to deactivate an account for a set period of time.

13. Limitation of Liability
koya9 will not bear any liability in the following cases:
- Game or betting disruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Losses caused by the failure of third-party operations or services.
- Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.
- Losses caused by the member's own mistakes or negligence.
- Not earning expected income from gaming — there is no guarantee of profit in gambling.
Warning: There is a risk of losing money in gambling. Only bet an amount that, if lost, will not seriously affect your financial situation.
14. Terms Modification
koya9 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform. However, it is the member's own responsibility to stay informed about updated terms and conditions.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
